Help with the Terramore app

The Terramore app is for iPhone and Android.

Sign in with the email you use with Terramore.
You can also sign in on the web at dashboard.terramore.io.
Trouble signing in? Email adam.moreno@terramore.io with the email you tried and what you saw.

TerraAI browser extension

TerraAI by Terramore is a browser extension for Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

Get it: we send you the install link for your browser. Need it again? Email us.
Sign in: sign in at dashboard.terramore.io in the same browser. TerraAI uses that sign-in.
Stop: press Stop in TerraAI at any time.
Remove it:
- Chrome: right-click the TerraAI icon, then Remove from Chrome.
- Safari (Mac): Safari, Settings, Extensions, select TerraAI, then Uninstall.
- Firefox: menu, Add-ons and themes, Extensions, then Remove next to TerraAI.

Connected accounts

Some tools connect to your Terramore dashboard read-only. For example, the Terramore Stripe App only reads your balance history. It can't move money or change anything in Stripe.

To disconnect Stripe:

In Stripe, go to Settings, Installed apps, Terramore, then Uninstall.
Or email us and we'll disconnect it for you.

We delete connected data within 30 days after you disconnect. See the Privacy Policy.

Delete your account or your data

Ask us to delete your account for the Terramore app, the dashboard and TerraAI. We do it within 30 days and email you when it's done.
