Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Pay month to month, or commit to a year and pay up front. The scope and the price are agreed before any work starts.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Month-to-month work can stop at the end of any month. You keep every account, file and asset we made.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Financing up to $10,000 through PayPal, subject to approval. PayPal shows its own terms when you apply.
Who owns the accounts and the work?
You do. Your ad accounts, your website, your lists, your data and everything we make stay yours.
Can I buy the software on its own?
Not as a monthly plan yet, and the price isn't public. Ask on a call and we'll tell you where it stands. Clients get the TerraIQ dashboard as part of the work.
What do I get for free?
Your website check and report, fixes you can do yourself or hand to us, and up to 2 read-only connections in your free Growth Workspace. We walk you through your numbers on a call.
How do you set my price?
By the work, not a menu. On the call we look at your channels, how much content you need, which ad accounts we'd run and any website work. Then we agree the scope and the price with you before anything starts.
