Never miss a call

Every call answered, even when you're on a job

An AI receptionist picks up when you can't, answers calls and texts, books the job and hands the customer to you. We write what it says and set it up.

(818) 699-9217 is Terramore's own line. An AI assistant answers it, so you can hear one before you decide.

Illustrative: a sample call, not a real customer

  1. CallerHi, my water heater is leaking. Can someone come out today?
  2. AI receptionistI can help with that. I'm the AI assistant for the business. What's the address, and is water still running?
  3. AI receptionistYou're booked for this afternoon. I'm texting you the details and passing this to the owner now.

Owner gets a text: who called, the job, the time.

An illustrated sample call: the AI receptionist answers, books the job and texts the owner.

What you get

A receptionist that sounds like your business

  • Calls answered when you can't

On a job, driving or after hours, the call gets picked up instead of going to voicemail.

  • The job booked

It asks what you'd ask: what's wrong, where, how soon. Then it books the time or takes the details for you to confirm.

  • Texts answered too

Customers who text get a reply, and callers get a text confirming what was booked.

  • A hand-off to a person

Urgent calls and anything it can't answer go to you or your office, with a short summary.

  • A summary of every call

Who called, what they need and what happened, so nothing sits in voicemail.

  • Its script, written for you

We write what it says in your words: your services, your area, what you don't do. You approve it and can change it anytime.

How it works

Hear it, tell us about your calls, go live

  1. Step 1: Hear one

Call (818) 699-9217. That's our own line, answered by an AI assistant.

  2. Step 2: Tell us about your calls

Four quick questions and where to reach you, then pick a time for a setup call.

  3. Step 3: We set it up

We write the script, connect it to how you book jobs, and you test it by calling it yourself.

  4. Step 4: It goes live

Missed calls start getting answered. We tune it from real calls in the first weeks.

What we need from you

Some answers up front, then very little

  • Your services, your area, and the jobs you don't take.
  • The questions you'd ask a new caller, and what counts as urgent.
  • Who gets the hand-off, and how: a call, a text or both.
  • How you book jobs today (a calendar, an app or a notebook), so it books the same way.
  • A few minutes on your phone settings so missed calls go to it. We walk you through it.

Tell us about your calls

Your answers go with your booking, so the setup call starts where you left off.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. “Not sure” is a fine answer.

For example: plumbing, or roofing and gutters.

When do calls get missed most?

Pick any that fit.

What happens to a missed call today?
About how many calls a week? (optional)

So we plan the setup for your volume.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers

What happens when I call (818) 699-9217?

You reach Terramore's own line. An AI assistant answers, asks what you need, and connects you to our team from 8am to 6pm Pacific, or books a call. It's the same kind of receptionist we set up for you, answering for us.

Will callers know it's an AI?

Yes. It says it's an AI assistant for your business.

What if it can't answer a question?

It takes the details and hands the customer to you or your office, with a short summary. It only says what you've told it, so it won't make up prices or promise times you didn't give it.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. We set it up so the calls you don't pick up go to the receptionist. Your customers dial the same number they always have.

What does it cost?

We cover pricing on the setup call, once we know how many calls you get and what you want it to handle.
