TEXTS FROM TERRAMORE

When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Terramore LLC texts you about your request: your report, a booked call, reminders, and replies to your questions. To opt in, check the separate, optional box on our form. Booking confirmations and reminders go to the number you give when you book a call. Marketing texts are optional and separate from these service texts.

How often: message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per request or booking, plus replies when you text us.

TEXTS FROM A BUSINESS THAT USES TERRAIQ

Businesses can use TerraIQ to text their own customers. Those texts come from that business, under its name and from its own registered number. The business decides to text you and must get your agreement first, for example on its website form or in person. Contact the business with questions about its messages.

How often: message frequency varies by business. Each business tells you how often it texts when you sign up.

FOR ALL TEXTS

• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that number. You'll get one confirmation text and nothing after that.
• Help: reply HELP, or email support@terramore.io.
• Costs: message and data rates may apply.
• Not required: you don't have to agree to texts to buy anything.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
