1. Sign in at dashboard.terramore.io.
2. Open Delete your account.
3. Confirm. We email you when it's done.

Can't sign in? Email support@terramore.io with the subject “Delete my data”, from the email address on your account.

DISCONNECT ONE ACCOUNT

To keep using TerraIQ but remove one connected account, disconnect it in TerraIQ. We stop collecting data from it right away and delete what came from it within 30 days.

REMOVE TERRAMORE FROM THE OTHER COMPANY'S SIDE

You can also remove our access in each company's own settings. After you do, we stop collecting data from that account. To have the data we already hold deleted, disconnect in TerraIQ or email support@terramore.io.

• Facebook: Settings and privacy, Settings, Business integrations (or Apps and websites), TerraIQ, then Remove.
• Instagram: Settings, Website permissions, Apps and websites, TerraIQ, then Remove.
• Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions, TerraIQ, then Remove access.
• Microsoft: myapps.microsoft.com, TerraIQ, Manage, then Revoke permissions.
• LinkedIn: Settings, Data privacy, Permitted services, TerraIQ, then Remove.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions, TerraIQ, then Remove access.
• Pinterest: Settings, Security and logins, Apps, TerraIQ, then Revoke access.
• Shopify: Shopify admin, Settings, Apps and sales channels, TerraIQ, then Uninstall.
• Stripe: Stripe Dashboard, Settings, Installed apps, Terramore, then Uninstall.
• HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, RingCentral and other CRMs: that app's connected apps or marketplace settings, TerraIQ, then Uninstall.

WHAT GETS DELETED, AND WHEN

• Deleted: data from your connected accounts, reports built from it, saved messages and drafts, and your sign-in.
• Kept: only what the law requires, such as invoices, payment records and records of who opted out of texts.
• How long: within 30 days of your request. We email you when it's done.
